Chat with Wissy
Chat lets you ask Wissy, the AI assistant, anything about your organization's knowledge base. Wissy answers using the knowledge captured from published knowledge documents, so you can find what people know without tracking them down.
Your knowledge base is the published knowledge documents of the groups you are a member of; Wissy only answers from what those groups contain.
Open Chat from the sidebar. Use New chat to start a fresh conversation.
Asking questions
Type your question in the composer ("Ask anything") and send it. Wissy replies in the conversation thread, drawing on the knowledge base. You can keep the conversation going with follow-up questions.
Narrowing the knowledge
Before asking, you can filter which knowledge Wissy draws on, for example by group or topic, to focus the answer on a specific area instead of your whole knowledge base. This is useful when the same question could be answered differently across groups.
WARNING
AI assistants, including Wissy, are not infallible and can occasionally make mistakes. Check anything important against the source.
Managing your chats
Your conversations are listed in the chat sidebar:
- Each chat keeps its own history so you can return to it later.
- Rename a chat (the pencil icon) to give it a meaningful title.
Grounding and references
Where an answer is based on captured knowledge, Wissy can point you to the underlying references (the interviews, groups, or topics behind the response) so you can trace where an answer came from. Some answers also expose the transcript behind them for extra detail.
